A package just arrived

A few minutes ago there was a knock on the door - a delivery from the USA and addressed to me.  I wondered what on earth it could be.  It contained two items wrapped in brown paper:

• a long thick wooden ruler with "I've been very naughty" written on it
• a small cane, OTK size

Pam is out at the moment, but I'm both excited and nervous that she went and bought these.  I think they are from cane-iac (confirmed - images below).
